This is the third public release of the code/application that generates the images on stacklet. The tool is similar to others such as debootstrap and rpmstrap in that it builds a virtual image from scratch using common command line tools and net repositories. This release brings all of the distros up-to-date as of September 18th as well as improving some of the internals. The HOWTO has been rewritten to maybe actually make sense now.

This release is alpha quality! Use with caution.
