Ubuntu 9.10 Xen Live migration fails

I tried out the ubuntu 9.10 image on Citrix XenServer 5.5 last night. It works well except for the live migration. The only change made to the OS besides installing the xen-tools was changing the root password.

Any ideas on how to go about troubleshooting this or is this a known problem with ubuntu?
