The Gentoo download here is up-to-date thru 2009. It is labelled 2008.0 since that is the latest official labeled release by the Gentoo project: http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/releng/
When Gentoo makes an official 2009 release we will change our label as well. But just keep in mind that official releases are less important in the Gentoo world due to the way that their build system works.
