Notes
- The filesystem is ufs1, to mount the image in linux: mount -t ufs -o ufstype=44bsd,ro,loop netbsd.5-1.x86-64.20101212.img /mnt/loop/
- Pygrub does not work with this image, the NetBSD kernel is required in Dom0 to boot: netbsd-XEN3_DOMU (see links below)
- Use 'halt -p' to shutdown from within the domU
- Removed unneeded entries in /etc/ttys and /etc/wscons.conf
- Enabled sshd in /etc/rc.conf
- PermitRootLogin yes in /etc/ssh/sshd_config
- Defined PKG_PATH in /root/.profile to allow package retrieval
